How much time should you plan before or after your cruise?

For Vancouver itself, a well-planned day or a private full-day tour is often enough to experience the city’s main highlights in a relaxed way.

More important than the length of your stay, however, is planning ahead.

Many of our guests contact us several months in advance, as soon as their cruise is booked. Especially during cruise season, private tours in Vancouver are often fully booked well ahead of time. We therefore recommend reserving private sightseeing tours and day trips at least 2–3 months in advance.

For more extensive programs, unique accommodations, or exclusive lodges, planning 9–12 months ahead is ideal.

This helps ensure that your journey can be arranged exactly the way you envision it.
